The Spine Project

Supporting adolescents and adults with scoliosis through a personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation pathway.

About the Program

The Spine Project combines specialised scoliosis assessment, rehabilitation and exercise to improve posture, movement, strength and confidence while supporting lifelong spinal health.

Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a personalised scoliosis assessment to understand your spinal alignment, posture, movement, symptoms and goals. We'll complete a comprehensive assessment and develop an individualised rehabilitation plan.

Your Program

Your personalised rehabilitation program is tailored to your individual needs and may include one or more of our signature Spine Project classes, alongside individual treatment and education.

Progress Reviews

Regular reassessments ensure your program continues to progress with your changing needs. Reviews may include clinical reassessment and, where appropriate, evidence-based technologies such as VALD HumanTrak, VALD DynaMo, VALD ForceDecks and functional outcome measures.
