ASSESSMENT & GUIDANCE
With your consent, we may perform a physical assessment, which can include external and/or internal examination. Everything is explained clearly, and you remain in control at all times.

PERSONALISED CARE
Based on your needs, we create an individualised plan which may include hands-on treatment, pelvic floor retraining, education, and exercise to support your recovery and long-term wellbeing.
