During this 30-60-min appointment, we’ll ask a lot of questions & do a physical exam to understand your body and potential causes of your pain.

Depending on your condition, we recommend 30-60 minutes so we can truly listen to your entire story, understanding not only the problem you are facing but also your personal goals and aspirations.

If you need a bit more time to focus on more than one area, we can offer extended consults. Just mention this at the time of making your booking.

Follow-up appointments generally last 30 minutes, ensuring we have ample time to support your journey to recovery.

Yes! We are registered with Tyro HealthPoint. Please bring along your physical health fund card for immediate claims in the clinic following your appointment.

To claim through DVA, Medicare or WorkCover, a valid referral or WorkCover certificate from your GP is required. Please have this sent to the clinic or bring it with you on your visit.

Referrals aren’t required for bookings. We are able to get you in and assess your injuries ASAP. In saying this, we can work closely with your GP and other specialists if necessary and if further investigation may be needed.
